  • File management: folders and files
  • Copy and paste
  • Time-saving tips  and techniques
  • Word: create, save, edit, format and print documents
  • Excel: create a spreadsheet with simple formulas, functions, and charts
  • Internet: visit web sites and search
  • Email: create, send, read, reply, add an attachment
  • Security: privacy, hoaxes, and protection tips
